A Dessert and Champagne Wedding
November 2nd 2009 03:59
Classic and elegant, why not opt for a Dessert and Champagne wedding instead of giving your guests a smorgasbord of food? It gives off a simple and relaxed vibe. Can you already hear the jazz music playing in the background?
Think champagne flutes being passed around. Guests nibbling on chocolate-covered strawberries, eclairs and fruits dipped in chocolate fondue. Mini creme brulee, elegant chocolate cupcakes, crepes topped with heavy cream. Have a coffee bar as well where guests can get their fill of espresso, lattes and cappuccinos.
I imagine the party best enjoyed around 8 in the evening, carrying on till past midnight. It's decadent yet not over the top.
